  Simple, easy-to-use and efficient.. In my honest, sincere opinion, Camera for Windows 8 is a very nice piece of software that allows both still-pictures as well as video to be taken with ease. The timer option is a very useful piece of detail alongside the camera options that allow you to alter the settings such as the video resolution, stabilization, contrast, brightness, etc.On the negative side, you cannot have anything else open at the same time as the camera takes the full screen. Pros: Video StabilizationVideo Resolution Cons: Needs to allow other windows to open simultaneously, as full screen can hinder certain activities, such as reading a script for a video.
